For avoidance of doubt, all commission calculated under the International Compensation Plan will be based on a value known as Bonus Value (BV). BV points are valid for commission calculations for a period of one year from the date you sell any subscription package.

Your commission is based on sales of products by yourself or members of your sales team and not on recruitment of people.

Every member of your team who activates their Business Center will do the same. This process will continue and the business centre will grow with what is sometimes referred to as sales "legs" or "downlines", growing on the left and right sides of your business center with no limitation to their depth.

Your business center is credited for each and every subscription sale produced by you OR YOUR WEBPAGE. You are also credited for each and every subscription sale anyone in your sales team produces, or any sales that your upline places under you. When more subscription sales begin to accumulate, you earn commissions.

You earn an Enhanced Leverage Bonus of US$25* when personal + team sales accumulate 200 BV on each side, forming a pair of Sales. 1 Direct Sale (200 PBV) qualifies you for an Enhanced Leverage Bonus for an ENTIRE year!

* Subject to 56.25% cap on payouts of BV per day (this excludes direct bonus). BV points are valid for commission calculations for a period of one year from the date you sell any subscription package. In a gesture of goodwill during the economic slump, we extended the points even if they had already passed the one year expiration date. As of 15th February 2010, any unutilized points that are over 1 year old will expire as per normal.

Earn Enhanced Leverage Bonuses* up to 100 pairs

After your first 100 pairs of Enhanced Leverage Bonus you will begin to earn Leverage Bonuses. Note that a Leverage Bonus is not the same as an Enhanced Leverage Bonus because what used to be 1 pair of subscription sales is now equivalent to 3 sales on the left and 5 sales on the right or vice versa. Instead of calling it a “pair”, we now call it 1 “Step” or "3:5" or "5:3".

*The 6th step is only 1 left and 1 right (1:1) and earns you US$75.

Each business centre has a payout cap of USD2,000 per day and the maximum company payout per day is 68.75% of global BV(excluding India and Bhutan). The company payout includes Direct Bonus.

Qualification Criteria for Earning Leverage Bonuses

This Leadership Bonus rewards leaders with a percentage of Global BV (excluding India and Bhutan), divided among the qualifying leaders at each level proportional to cycles.

ID must achieve 800 PBV and 1 commission cycle every month to be eligible for Leadership Bonus. Only Area Director level and above will be qualified for the bonus pool. The bonus pool will be flushed every month.
