Collection of payments
IDs will be notified by email on the Friday when payment is made.
Indonesian IDs will be given a pin number through a notification email.
Bring along your identification card and the pin number to any Western Union Agent for collection of payments.

Please take note:
All payments have to be collected within 30 days of notification, else payments will be sent back to Singapore, and financing charges of resending funds incurred will be borne by ID.

For commission that is more than US$1,000 and less than US$100,000 will be sent in batches of US$1,000. This is to minimize the transfer charges.

*Please note that for every batch of commission that is less than or equal to S$1,000, there is a transfer charge of US$6.
