  • The winner shall bear all other administrative charges incurred in the purchase of the vehicle.
  • The winner is required to provide any supporting documentation when requested by SkyQuestCom during the process of purchasing the car.
  • Only 3 vehicles are available and will be awarded to top 3 distributors who achieve the winning qualification criteria
  • This prize can be exchanged for cash of equal value if desired.

3rd prize - Have dinner in person with one of the world's top speakers

  • The prize is transferable but not exchangeable for cash.
  • Winners shall bear all additional costs that might be incurred such as airfare and accommodation if required.
  • This prize only allows the winner to personally meet and have dinner with a speaker.
  • The speaker with whom you'll be dining will be decided by the company and announced along with the results.
  • The dinner will be held in either Malaysia or Singapore.
  • There are only 3 seats available. Only the Top 3 distributors who achieve the winning criteria will qualify for the prize.

Bonus prize - 60 complimentary tickets to NAC, GIS and MMI

  • Tickets are transferable but not exchangeable for cash
  • Ticket holders are required to register themselves with the seminar organizer (Success Resources) in order to secure their seats to the event.
  • Ticket holders shall bear miscellaneous costs that might be incurred such as the price of course materials, no-show fees and so on.
  • The tickets grant access to the National Achievers Congress, Global Internet Seminar and Millionaire Mind Intensive only and are not exchangeable for entry to other events.
  • There are only 20 sets of tickets available. Only the Top 20 distributors who achieve the winning criteria will qualify for the prize.

Incentive Period

  • The incentive period will start on 15 February 2010 and end on 28 February 2011.
  • All SkyQuestCom distributors are eligible for this incentive. No application is required. Each cheque payable name that successfully achieves the winning criteria is entitled to claim only 1 prize. The highest achievable prize will be chosen.
  • Only BVs that have matured (passed the "cooling-off period") and are accumulated between the incentive period will be counted towards our tabulation of your results. Total BVs include renewals of subscriptions. However, if the expiry date doesn't fall on the incentive period, it is not counted as a sale even if it is renewed during the incentive period.
  • The final results will be tabulated on 30 April 2011 to factor in the cooling-off period of the accumulated points.
Rules and regulations
  1. All SkyQuestCom distributors (except India and Bhutan) are eligible for this incentive. No application is required.
  2. Business centers will be tabulated individually to determine their qualification. If you own more than 1 business center with the same cheque payable name, your group BV and PBV will not be accumulated.
  3. Total BVs include renewals of subscriptions. However, if the expiry date doesn't fall on the incentive period, it is not counted as a sale even if it's renewed during the incentive period.
  4. Each cheque payable name that achieves the qualification criteria is entitled to claim only 1 prize. The highest achievable prize will be chosen .
  5. All prizes offered in this incentive are subject to availability. The company reserves the right to substitute the prizes with other products if the product category is not available.
  6. Prices of our products may differ and are subject to changes.
  7. The 1st and 2nd prizes are exchangeable for cash value equal to the purchase cost of each prize. The 3rd and 4th prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
  8. All incentives must be claimed within 3 months . Prizes unclaimed after 3 months will be considered collected.
  9. SkyQuestCom will not be held liable in any way for any damages or injuries caused by or as a result of coming into physical contact with the prizes.
  10. Decisions made are final and are not open for recourse.
  11. SkyQuestCom reserves the right to change the terms and conditions stated herein.
