Earn More with the New Leadership Bonus System!
(Applicable only to the International Compensation Plan) |
Our new Leadership Bonus rewards leaders with a percentage of a country’s monthly BV (excluding India and Bhutan). Each leadership level gets a share of the bonus and each qualifying leader will get a proportion of the payout based on personal group sales volume (PGBV). The PGBV is the total group BV for all your directly sponsored downlines.
The payout for the leadership bonus is 11.25% of the country’s total monthly BV. Additionally, the qualifying leader is able to earn commissions from the next lower rank subject to qualification criteria.
You must achieve 800 PBV every month to be eligible for the Leadership Bonus and unclaimed bonus will be flushed each month.
